Description de poste :A leading Qatari institution in the telecommunications field wants to recruit candidates SPECIALIST IN CUSTOMER SERVICE 

Profil rechercher : • Good in writing & spoken both English and Arabic. • Excellent MS Office knowledge • Outstanding organisational and time management skills • Acquainted with office management systems and procedures • Excellent verbal and written communications skills • Should be comfortable working in rotational shifts • Excellent organizational and leadership skills • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively • Previous customer service experience/ telecom field would be added advantage.
