Performs a wide range of administrative and general support duties related to Finance, Auditing and Sales Coordination.
Performs the supervisory function of the department, which includes interviewing prospective employees; providing and/or recommending training; coordinating, scheduling and assigning work among administrative staff ; establishing performance measures, goals, objectives and priorities; evaluating work performance; providing feedback, direction and guidance .
Gathers and summarizes customer and supplier’s data; prepares informational reports to provide accurate and varied information.
Resolves complaints and answers questions of customers regarding services and procedures
Achieves financial objectives by anticipating requirements, submitting information for budget preparation, scheduling expenditures, monitoring cost and analyzing variances.
Monitors and reconciles various records and activities (e.g., expenditures, balances, etc.) to ensure compliance with various standards and funds availability.
Assist in the formulation of the department budgets and business plan
Coordinate with the Accounts department on related accounting issues.
Recommends changes and improvements to management regarding department’s policies and issues to improve productivity.
Develops and updates policies and procedures for the department, to outline employee’s responsibilities and correct actions to be followed.
Undertake the responsibilities of the ISO Coordinator for the department by maintaining the Quality Management System Policy, coordinating ISO requirements for the department, preparing reports and responding to ISO ‘non-compliance’ issues
Monitor the housekeeping in the workplace.
Monitor the safety procedures and measures in the workplace.
Undertakes additional related responsibilities as required

Profil recherché

Proven financial control, administrative and logistics skills in monitoring admin team, analysis of financial, sales, and inventory reports
Knowledge of ISO Quality Management Systems is an advantage
Operation of general office equipment like computer, fax, photocopying machine and others.
Degree/Certification or equivalent in Business Administration
