· Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
· Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
· Provide information about services, amenities, and local attractions
· Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
· Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions
· Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
· Uphold company standards regarding guest service and hospitality

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
· Proficiency in computer systems (e.g., reservation software, Microsoft Office)
· Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree or higher in Business Administration or related field
- Experience with office equipment such as printers and fax machines
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
