Job description
- Excellent experience in automobile manufacturing or assembly lines specially FORD
- Expertise in vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair processes for different types of vehicles specially FORD Brand
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose complex vehicle issues that stump other technicians
- Expert in conducting regular inspections and tests to ensure that all repairs and services meet manufacturer and company specifications
- Excellent experience in supervising and coordinating the activities of technicians and service staff by allocating tasks and monitoring progress
- Ability to Train and guide junior technicians and new hires to improve their skills and enhance performance
- Ability to create a positive, collaborative, and motivating work environment that encourages technicians to perform their best
- Ability to monitore spare parts, supplies, and tools to ensure they are properly stocked, minimizing losses and promoting profitability
- Good English
